- April 2020: Company founded by three founders, born from a previously-funded EPA research program to fight Ebola
- June 2021: Filed first patents
- December 2021: Completed first working prototype

- July – December 2023: Completed successful suite of efficacy and do-no-harm tests in cannabis & food cold storage applications
